Quality Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proficient Quality Analyst to join our team in the Medical Transcription department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of transcribed medical records, maintaining high standards of documentation, and contributing to continuous process improvement.

Review and edit transcribed medical records for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to medical terminology.

Monitor transcription processes to identify areas for improvement and implement quality control measures.

Collaborate with transcriptionists and medical professionals to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate documentation.

Maintain and update quality assurance protocols and standards.

Conduct regular audits of transcribed records to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Provide feedback and training to transcriptionists to enhance their skills and performance.

Prepare quality reports and present findings to management.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Healthcare Administration, Medical Transcription, or related).

Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a quality assurance or medical transcription role.

Proficiency in medical terminology and transcription software.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
