Workflow Executive
Overview

The Workflow Executive professional is responsible for end-to-end workflow management. Planning, monitoring, and optimizing business processes to ensure tasks progress efficiently from initiation to completion. This role bridges the gap between operational needs and workflow solutions by proactively identifying bottlenecks and implementing corrective measures to consistently meet customer Turnaround Time (TAT) expectations.
Job Responsibilities

Planning & Process Mapping: Translates dynamic day-to-day business requirements into structured workflows, ensuring all incoming work is processed and delivered within contractually agreed timelines.

Monitoring & Real-Time Management: Tracks live performance metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) via operational dashboards; ensures Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are adhered to and intervenes proactively when deviations or delays are detected.

Data Conversion: Accurately accesses and converts incoming data into system-accepted formats, ensuring error-free output and its timely availability to operations staff for further processing.

Clinical Documentation: Completes patient documentation with a high degree of clinical accuracy directly within the customer’s Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, accessed securely via VPN and authorized remote access tools.

MIS & Reporting: Generates and maintains Management Information System (MIS) reports to enable effective monitoring, analysis, and informed decision-making across all workflow stages.

Resource & Capacity Planning: Provides timely and actionable inputs to operations leadership on staffing capacity gaps, supporting demand forecasting and workforce allocation to prevent both understaffing and idle capacity.

Troubleshooting & Operational Support: Acts as the first point of contact for diagnosing and resolving system issues or process failures that disrupt workflow continuity, ensuring minimal operational impact.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Workflow Management or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO).

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.

Ability to work night shifts (rotational) including weekends off

Advanced working knowledge of MS Office applications, with particular expertise in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macro automation.

Demonstrated ability to conduct root cause analysis on process failures and translate findings into data-driven, actionable improvements.

Prior exposure to healthcare operations and Electronic Medical Record (eMR) systems will be considered a significant advantage.
