Send an email to support@edictate.com , and a Customer Support Professional will resolve your issue promptly. However, often customer issues involve sharing patient information. Sending patient information via email is not HIPAA-compliant. Therefore, a majority of customer issues related to transcribed reports cannot be communicated through Emails. E-Dictate has created a secure Customer Care portal called CIMS - Customer Information Management System that allows customers to log issues securely online. CIMS is the best way to get an issue addressed and resolved promptly whenever patient information needs to be included.
